Great mare after rated parents

Unique 2.5-year-old mare after rated parents.

Special colour, with plenty of hair and long legs. But most importantly, she has a lovely temperament. She is very calm and gentle – just as Icelandic horses are known for. However, don’t be fooled! She has power and energy but with a well-functioning on/off switch. Vala shows both trot, tölt and pace in the pasture.

Her father is Viglundur frá Feti, known for breeding horses with a good and cooperative temperament. It’s safe to say he succeeded with Vala!

Vala is used to handling. She stands completely still in the barn and is calm with the farrier. She has no issues with handling, can be led, back up, and yield to pressure. She is trailer trained and has been extensively trained in this regard. She has also been in the lounged several times.

In addition, Vala is accustomed to traffic. She has been walked alone on the road and in the forest several times when she was younger, on stretches with heavy traffic, past houses, and other “distractions.” She handled it well and showed no signs of separation anxiety.

This is a unique opportunity to get the horse for the competition arena, breeding, trail riding, and alot more. Vala is already a tall mare, measuring 135 now and she is tall on the hindlegs still, so she will grow alot more. There are many possibilities with her, and she has mastered all the basics. Definitely a candidate for ratings in the future.
